Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted on FreedomDriver.net.
Please note: The billing address you enter during checkout should match the billing address on the statement of the credit or debit card used for payment. If these addresses differ, there may be a delay in processing your order.
Major credit cards
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Network, issued by banks in the United States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. We do not accept credit cards issued by banks in other countries.
Debit cards
We accept debit cards with the Visa, MasterCard or Discover logo on FreedomDriver.net.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed on FreedomDriver.net for in-stock products are typically processed and shipped within one business day. We use Federal Express to ship orders. You may choose shipping methods from the following options:
Standard shipping
Standard shipping for orders placed on FreedomDriver.net is by ground, and available for orders shipping to addresses in the continental United States (orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent by express shipping). Most standard shipments are delivered in five to six days from the date the order ships (applies to in-stock items; subject to carrier delay; excludes processing time).
Two Day shipping
Two Day shipping is available for FreedomDriver.net orders shipping to addresses in the United States, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Two Day shipments are delivered two business day after the date the order ships (applies to in-stock items; subject to carrier delay; excludes processing time).
Overnight shipping
Overnight shipping is available for FreedomDriver.net orders shipping to addresses in the United States, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Overnight shipments are delivered one business day after the date the order ships (applies to in-stock items; subject to carrier delay; excludes processing time).
When will I receive my order?
Please note that the number of days quoted for Standard, Two Day, and Overnight shipping refers to transit time only. Additional time (typically one business day) is required for processing in-stock orders.
We strive to keep all products sold on FreedomDriver.net in stock, but high demand occasionally results in delayed shipment.
You can use your order number to track the status of your shipment. Order information generally becomes available 24 hours after you place your order.
Track Your Order
Order information may not appear in the tracking system until shipment. Please wait 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email to track your shipment. To check the shipping status and details of an order, please refer to the email that will be sent to you from Google Checkout, click your order number and view the order details.
Returns and Exchanges
Satisfaction is guaranteed on all FreedomDriver.net products purchased by consumers directly from FreedomDriver.net or an authorized FreedomDriver.net dealer. We want you to be thrilled, so if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within the 30-day period for a full refund.
Returning a product
- Call 1-770-692-8045 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number helps us quickly track the status of your return
- Pack the product in its original box. If you do not have the original box, mention this to the customer service representative when you call
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box
- Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as United Parcel Service, Federal Express or the United States Postal Service that is able to track shipments. Ship the package to:

Attn RMA# __________ - When we receive your return, we will credit the payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow several days for the refund to be processed.
- Note: Please be sure to obtain an RMA number and clearly write it on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.
- If you purchased your product from one of our resellers, please return it there. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of products purchased through our authorized dealer / reseller sales channel.
