Product Warranty
FREEDOM DRIVER TECHNOLOGY warrants that this product (‘Product’) is free from defects in material and workmanship, according to the following terms and conditions
- This product is warranty against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- This Limited Warranty shall be rendered null and void if:
- The Product is damaged in transit, through misuse or mishandling after the purchase of the Product
- The Product is damaged as a result of natural disaster
- The Product is installed, maintained, operated or use other than in accordance with the instructions provided by Freedom Driver Technology in relation to the Product
- The Product is altered, modified and repaired by a party not authorized by FREEDOM DRIVER TECHNOLOGY
- The Product is damaged due to normal wear and tear, corrosion, rust or stain
- The Warranty card is lost, damaged or tampered.
- The Limited Warranty is only valid in relation to Products Sold and/or distributed through our Authorized Distributors ONLY.
- FREEDOM DRIVER TECHNOLOGY liability is limited to the repair and replacement of any defective materials.
- FREEDOM DRIVER TECHNOLOGY shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential loss or damages whatsoever costs, expenses or other claims for compensation howsoever arising from the use of the Product.
